There are two types of Communication;

• Non Verbal Communication 

Correspondence without the utilization of words is called non-verbal correspondence. This form of communication is as important and common as the Verbal one.

Non verbal communication may be done by means of the following;

1. Appearance and Surroundings
2. Body Language
3. Silence, Time and Space
